When you join lagowin, you agree to the terms that govern your account, your deposits and withdrawals, and your use of our sportsbook, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports markets. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used our platform in violation of applicable law. Deposits and Payment Methods

We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and major Indonesian banks (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed instantly, and your balance updates within seconds. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is authorized and that you have sufficient funds. Bonus Terms and Promotion Eligibility

Our welcome bonus applies to new members who complete their first deposit. The bonus is credited to your account balance and can be used on any eligible market on lagowin—sportsbook, live dealer, slots, or esports. The bonus is subject to a play-through requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. Weekly cashback is calculated as a percentage of your net play (losses minus wins) and is credited every Monday morning. Cashback applies to all markets on lagowin and is automatically credited to your account. You do not need to claim it separately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected members via email or in-app notification.

Wagers and Market Settlement

When you place a wager on lagowin, you are agreeing to the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement. Once your wager is confirmed, it is locked in at those odds. Markets close shortly before matches begin, and you cannot place new wagers after closure. Live wagering is not available on lagowin.

Wagers are settled based on the official result of the match or event. For football matches (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Premier League), we use the final score as determined by the official league or governing body. For esports (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), we use the official tournament result. For live-dealer games, results are determined by the live dealer's actions and the game rules displayed at the table.

If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, we will settle your wager according to our standard rules. These rules are available in our sportsbook help section. If there is a dispute about settlement, we will review the official result and our records. Our decision is final, but you may contact our support team to discuss your concern.

Prohibited Activities
